The BBQ is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 5th from 10:00-6:00. Each plate will include pork BBQ, slaw, potato chips, sauce, and 2 buns. The cost of the plates are $9.00. Plates can be delivered when 10 or more go to the same location. For a Charlotte delivery we must have at least 20 plates.

Parents please help us by taking the delivery form to your workplace and selling. You do not need tickets to sell at your workplace if we are delivering or if you are picking up your order. Please just collect the money, fill out the order form completely so we know when and where to deliver and have your child turn in the form and money by Friday, Oct. 29th.

Parents we also need your help delivering the BBQ. If you can help us with deliveries I am asking all drivers to be at the band room at 9:30. I will need drivers from 10:00-12:00. After that point most deliveries are completed. If you can deliver please complete the “I Will Deliver Form” in this envelope and return to Mrs. Morgan/ Ms. Davis.
